Bagus Arifin

Bagus Arifin is an experienced IT professional with a background in managing IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as the IT I&O Manager for Indonesia at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since June 2019, Bagus oversees the IT operations, ensuring user support, system performance, and connectivity for the market and factory. Prior to this role, Bagus was the Security Operations Center Lead at Protergo, where responsibilities included identifying and mitigating cyber threats. Bagus's earlier experience at Samsung Electronics involved managing manufacturing IT infrastructure and software development for digital appliances. Bagus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Brawijaya University.
