Heryanto Hery has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Heryanto started their career in 2008 at PT. Felice Cuisine as a Pantry checker and worked until 2010. Heryanto then joined PT. Bank Central Asia as a Customer Service Officer in 2011 for a short period of time. In 2012, they moved to PT. Telemarketing Indonesia (Hutchison 3 Indonesia) as a Customer Service Representative and worked until 2015. After that, they joined Lazada Group as a customer experience (Tier2/Swat) role for two years. In 2017, they joined PT.Jingdong Indonesia Pertama and held roles in Seller Acquisition and CX Business Improvement. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Jubelio as a Trainer onboarding.
