Januar Sapta

Januar Sapta has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a front liner at Erafone in 2016. Januar then worked as a Contact Center Agent at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) from February 2017 to June 2019. In 2020, they joined PT. Maju Mandiri Utama as an HRGA Staff until June 2021. From July 2021 to April 2022, they worked as an Analyst Customer Operations at Shopee. Currently, they are working as a Customer Onboarding Expert at Jubelio since June 2022.

Januar Sapta attended the University of Mataram from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in the field of Education.
