Ekhlaque has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Ekhlaque started their career with HT Media Ltd in March 2012 as Group CTO and CIO. Ekhlaque transformed business and technology to succeed in an increasingly digital environment of internet. mobile, social and analytics. Ekhlaque then moved to SBI Card in August 2008 as VP, Strategic Initiatives & Quality. There, they were tasked with identifying and implementing high impact projects for increasing revenue, decreasing operating cost, improving operational excellence and building competitive advantage.

Ekhlaque is a graduate of Delhi College of Engineering.

Ekhlaque Bari has an MBA in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, a B Tech in Manufacturing Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and certification from Erickson Coaching International in Executive and Life Coach. Ekhlaque also has certification from ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC in NLP Practitioner and GE Capital in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB).
