Rai Shahzad Iqbal

Rai Shahzad Iqbal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as the Manager TA (Senior Manager HR) at Jubilee General Insurance Company Ltd since December 2016, Rai has been instrumental in developing recruitment strategies and refining processes for enhanced efficiency. Previously, roles included Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager - HR, focusing on comprehensive HR functions and efficient recruitment processes. Prior experience includes the position of HR Officer at DM Solution, where resource optimization and employee record management were key responsibilities.
