Charles Herman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles is currently working as the Vice President of Executive Search & Technology Direct Hire at The Judge Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director of Executive Search & IT Direct Hire Enterprise Delivery. Charles also worked as the Director of IT Direct Hire & Executive Search at the same company. In addition, they served as the RPO Project Lead for Renaissance Risk Transformation on behalf of Judge Group, while being associated with OCC. Charles has also worked as the Managing Partner of the Information Technology Search Practice at Lucas Group, where they achieved significant revenue and profit growth. Before that, they worked as a Senior Client Consultant for Information Technology Search at Gregory Laka & Company. Charles's early career included being the Managing Partner of Sales, Marketing, and Entertainment at Visualize Chicago, where they successfully managed a start-up organization.

Charles Herman obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Michigan University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT from Vanderbilt University, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from the University of Michigan, PI Practitioner - Predictive Success from The Predictive Index, and Leadership Effectiveness Training from Butler Street.
