Esther Gao

Esther Gao has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Esther began their career in 1997 as an Executive Assistant at YuLong Communication, where they served as the GM assistant, supervisor, and HR manager. Esther then moved on to Achievo, where they worked as a Sr. Manager, HR from 2003 to 2010, focusing on talent acquisition and building effective recruitment systems. In 2012, Esther worked at Newsunshine education as a CEO Assistant, assisting the GM on human resources strategy, recruitment, training, and development. Esther achieved great success in recruitment, with 40 new hires within 3 months. Currently, Esther is working at The Judge Group as the HR Director for Judge China, a position they have held since 2013.

Esther Gao earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Xidian University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
