Jim Bondurant

Jim Bondurant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and talent acquisition sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Judge Group since January 2020, Jim oversees a leading professional services firm with a nearly 50-year history and a vast network across the U.S., Canada, and India. As the Founder and CEO of C3, LLC, established in January 2006, Jim leads a technical search firm that provides integrated security services to clients in the Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical industries. Prior to these roles, Jim held positions as Senior Strategic Solutions Executive at Paradigm Technology and Co-Founder/COO at Tech Finders, both of which focused on delivering high-quality IT consulting and recruiting services. Additionally, Jim served as Director of Operations at Allegis Group from 1995 to 2001. Jim holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University, completed in 1995.
