Ella L’Esperance

Ella L'Esperance has experience working as an IT Finance & Project Management Intern at Bain Capital, where Ella optimized the firm's computer leasing workflow and migrated the intranet page to a modern platform. Currently, Ella serves as the Head of Operations at Tufts JumboCode, where Ella engineered a web platform for Sibling Connections, a nonprofit dedicated to reuniting siblings in the foster care system.
