Chris Jennings - FCIPD has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Chris started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Business Partner at London Hilton on Park Lane, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, Chris joined Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Human Resources for Madinat Jumeirah, a role they held until 2010. Chris then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources - Group & Corporate at the same company from 2010 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Chris served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at the company.

Chris Jennings - FCIPD has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Solent University, which was obtained from 1999 to 2003. Chris later received their Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2009. In 2015, they completed their Chartered FCIPD qualifications.
