Christina Kraus is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since January 2019. In this role, Christina leads the strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources and Learning & Development for the iconic Marsa Al Arab, overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
