Loreen Maravilla has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since October 2007, following progressive roles including Manager and Assistant Manager in various areas of recruitment and talent acquisition. Loreen has played a crucial role in building talent networks for both the Burj Al Arab and the broader Jumeirah Group, effectively managing recruitment processes and supporting company objectives. Prior to this, Loreen worked as a Pre-School Teacher at Dipolog Community School, focusing on children's intellectual and personal development. Loreen's academic achievements include an MBA specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology from Westford University College, alongside a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
