Katherine McGavin

Katherine McGavin is currently the General Counsel at Jumia Group. Prior to their current role, Ms. McGavin served as an Associate at TechGC, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Katherine began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP and also spent two years as a Senior Analyst at The Avascent Group (formerly DFI International). Ms. McGavin received their J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2010 and their B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2005.

Katherine McGavin completed their undergraduate studies at Stanford University, where they double majored in history and political science. Katherine then went on to complete their Juris Doctor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
