Jonathan Russell is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as Director of Talent Development at Jump Trading, LLC since March 2009, Russell focuses on empowering exceptional talents in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science to advance scientific research within global financial markets. Prior roles include a position in Learning & Development and as an Employee Relations Associate at Citadel Investment Group from August 2004 to December 2008, as well as an HR Intern at The Chicago Board of Trade in 2004. Jonathan Russell holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
