Eric Channing Brown

Eric Channing Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in corporate marketing, communications, and leadership.

In 2009, they joined Yahoo! as a Senior VP, Global Communications, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2013, Eric briefly served as the VP of Communications at Pandora before transitioning to Skype as the GM of Integrated Communications.

In 2013, they joined Microsoft as GM of Communications for Skype, Lync, Outlook.com, SkyDrive, and IE, and later that year, they moved to Lithium Technologies as the VP of Communications.

In 2016, Eric joined Stitch Fix as VP of Communications, and concurrently became an Official Member of the Forbes Communications Council.

Eric Channing subsequently moved to DataStax in 2017, initially as VP of Communications and later as VP of Corporate Marketing and Communications until 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Eric served as the Head of Communications at Yellowbrick Data.

Their most recent position is with JumpCloud, where they started in 2021 as the Head of Corporate Marketing, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President, Corporate Marketing in 2022.

Eric Channing Brown attended William & Mary from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in English with High Honors.
