Joni Pramono has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. In 2014, Joni worked as a Store Manager Candidate at UNIQLO, where they managed over 100 associates and was responsible for achieving financial objectives and maintaining store staff performance. From 2015 to 2016, Joni worked as an Analyst & Customer Success at TO THE NEW Digital, where they cleaned and tagged data, presented analysis reports using social media management tools, and demonstrated dashboards to clients.

In 2016, Joni joined PT. Central Data Technology as a Territory Account Manager and later became a Big Data Product Manager. In these roles, they developed and maintained business relationships, sourced new sales opportunities, and expedited account problem resolution. From 2017 to 2018, Joni worked at PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika as a Key Account Manager, dedicated to strategic key accounts for conglomerate groups and FSI. Joni'sresponsibilities included providing next-generation IT solutions and focusing on the financial, operational, and technical benefits. Joni then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for managing the sales team, assessing performance, and implementing developmental plans.

In 2019, Joni joined Horangi as a Strategic Account Director, focusing on strategic accounts and driving business growth. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Territory Manager at Veeam Software, where they managed territories and contributed to the company's success. In 2022, Joni began working as a Partner Account Executive at JumpCloud, emphasizing partner account management.

Joni Pramono earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2009 to 2014.
