Priya Ajgaonkar

Priya Ajgaonkar has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Priya is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at JumpCloud since 2022. Previously, they worked at Tripwire, where they held multiple positions including Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Scrum Master. Their responsibilities included leading cross-functional software development teams and improving agile practices within the department. Prior to Tripwire, they worked as a QA Engineer at Kavi Corporation and Intel, and also had a role as QA at Aptech.

Priya Ajgaonkar has a strong education background in engineering and management. Priya earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. After completing their undergraduate studies, Priya pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1998 to 2000.

To further enhance their skills, Priya then went on to Portland State University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from 2001 to 2003. This provided their with a comprehensive understanding of managerial principles and their application in an engineering context.

In addition to their formal education, Priya has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in 2011 from the Scrum Alliance. This certification showcases their expertise in the agile project management methodology known as Scrum.
