Rus Rice

Rus Rice's work experience includes various roles in engineering and software development. Most recently, they served as the Head of SaaS Engineering at JumpCloud starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at iStreamPlanet from 2016 to 2019. From 2009 to 2016, Rus worked at Microsoft, first as a Principal Software Eng Manager and later as a Senior Engineering Manager. Rus also served as the VP of Engineering at QwikCart® from 2011 to 2015. Before joining QwikCart®, they held positions at Openwave, SignalSoft, Aerojet, and Ultra Electronics, Advanced Tactical Systems, where they gained experience as a Principal Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer respectively.

Rus Rice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they hold a Masters of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
