Shawn Song

Shawn Song has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Shawn started their career as a Customer Service Supervisor at Lenovo, managing customer service and daily operations. Shawn then worked as a PC Service Engineer at Intel Corporation, providing IT support and managing printer servers and conference room devices. Shawn later joined Microsoft as a Support Engineer, delivering high-level technical support for Microsoft products. Shawn then joined Ubisoft as an Online Microsoft System Administrator, providing 24/7 support for global operation teams and designing and deploying Microsoft-based solutions.
