Hiba Naz currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Jumppace Pvt Ltd since August 2023, previously holding the role of Recruitment Executive. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Associate at GFS IT Solutions from February 2023 to August 2023, where responsibilities involved recruitment and onboarding support, and as a Human Resources Assistant at IUSS Gulshan campus from July 2022 to January 2023, focusing on interview scheduling and employee record maintenance. Earlier, Hiba Naz worked in the admission and accounts department at Iqra University Schooling System from July 2017 to June 2022, facilitating the admission process and evaluating student applications. Hiba Naz holds a diploma in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture (April 2022 - June 2022), a degree in Political Science from Karachi University (January 2014 - January 2016), and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Iqra University (February 2023 - Present).
