Jenna Brown has extensive experience in customer support and sales, currently serving as a Product Support Engineer and Director of Customer Success at JumpRope Inc since January 2011. In this role, Jenna contributes to the development of a dynamic standards-based gradebook for the K-12 market, focusing on empowering teachers with accurate data to enhance student learning. Prior to JumpRope, Jenna worked in various sales and customer-facing positions, including Tasting Room Associate and Local Sales at Badger Mountain Vineyard, Fine Wine Consultant at Selected Brands, Store Associate at Winestyles, and LASIK Counselor at Filutowski Cataract & LASIK Institute. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
