Vicki McDonald, APR has a diverse background in communications and marketing. Vicki currently serves as the Director of Communications and Media Relations at JumpStart Inc. since May 2019. Previously, they worked as a Marketing and PR Consultant from April 2016 to April 2021, managing their own consultancy. Before that, Vicki was a Public Relations Consultant at Cleveland Clinic from September 2015 to May 2019. Vicki also held the position of Director of Marketing at Nature Center at Shaker Lakes in 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Communications at Holden Forests & Gardens from March 2013 to September 2015. Vicki has experience in the nonprofit sector as well, working as the Marketing Manager at Cleveland Institute of Music from May 2007 to December 2010. Vicki'searly career includes a role in Business Development at Adalet from November 2003 to August 2006.

Vicki obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and English from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
