Milly Bawden

Milly Bawden (née Smith) is an experienced professional in recruitment and sales, currently serving as the Sales Programme Lead at Jumpstart. Previously, Milly held significant roles at Scene, including Head of Internal Recruitment & Early Careers, and at Hansen Filler Associates as Practice Lead, Associate, and Executive Search Consultant. Milly also contributed to The Transition Phase as Team Lead and various roles in athlete relationship management. Earlier in their career, Milly worked at the University of Essex, first as an Enquiry Management Marketing Assistant, then as a Marketing Assistant, and Central Team Administrator. Milly is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the University of Essex, where education has been ongoing since August 2019.
