Emily Monley

Emily Monley is currently the Head of Growth at June Care. Emily has extensive experience in managing revenue models, process flows, operations support, and donor engagement and retention strategies. Emily was previously the National Development Manager at Positive Coaching Alliance, where they stewarded donors and corporate partners to establish long-term business growth. During their time there, they increased contribution revenue from $2.6M to $7M over 3 years. Emily also assisted in establishing 2-3 new Chapters across the United States each year. Prior to that, they were the Educational Program Manager at The Cancer Project, where they directed the national Food for Life (FFL) program consisting of 90 instructors with a reach of 8,000 people per year. Emily has a proven track record in building relationships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and other educational institutions. Emily is an expert in curriculum development and has implemented curriculum and materials for key program areas including an adult 8-part program and an elementary school program.

Emily Monley has a Master's in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Virginia. Emily also has a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Emily has a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, T. Colin Campbell Foundation.

Emily Monley reports to Gretchen Salyer, Founder & CEO. They work with Heather Whitaker - Customer Success Lead, Tessa Kotch - Head of Customer Success, and Nicole Cox - Head of Marketing & Communications.
