Andreea Stanescu

Andreea Stanescu has extensive work experience in various finance and transformation roles. Andreea currently serves as the Global Head of Transformation & Integration at Jungbunzlauer since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Acino from April to August 2023. At Acino, they also worked as the Global Business Transformation Senior Manager from October 2020 to April 2023 and Finance Lead, Global Transformation Office from November 2018 to September 2020.

Before Acino, Andreea worked at Sonova Group as a Business Controller in 2017 and as a Brand Controller from October 2015 to June 2016. Andreea gained experience as a Finance Business Partner Europe and Senior FP&A & Finance Business Partner at Medtronic from 2012 to 2015. Andreea also worked as a Senior FP&A at Vodafone for a brief period in 2011.

Andreea'searlier work includes positions at Wood & Company as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2007 to 2011, Coface as a Financial Controller in 2007, and Ernst & Young as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2007.

Andreea Stanescu completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from ACCA in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Finance and Financial Markets, from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, Andreea has also obtained various certifications, including Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2023, Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching - Fundamentals from CRR Global in 2022, and ACCA Qualified.
