Elise Stribos

Elise Stribos is the Chief People Officer at Jungle Scout. Elise has over three years of experience in HR and talent management. Prior to joining Jungle Scout, they were with Canoo, where they were responsible for building and managing the HR and recruitment function globally.

Elise is a strong advocate for flat organizational design and removing titles and fixed job descriptions to encourage full ownership of roles as individuals. Elise also believes in implementing the opposite of exit interviews - 30 day check-ins to collect data, identify issues/opportunities early and stay ahead of emerging cultural or business issues.

Elise Stribos reports to Greg Mercer, Founder & CEO. and Laura Genter - Director, People Operations reports to Elise Stribos. They work with Jake Corkin - Director of Product, SMB, Alison Hill - Director of Demand Generation, and Alyssa Connolly - Director, Content & Communications.
