CTO at Jungle Scout

Stephen Curial is the current Chief Technical Officer at Jungle Scout. Stephen has over ten years of experience in software development and management, with a focus on supply chain optimization. Prior to joining Jungle Scout, Stephen was the Director of Software Development for Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) at Amazon. In this role, they led a team of 220+ across product and engineering that owned Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Registration and Inbound, AmazonLink Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Platform and Direct Fulfillment (Drop Ship). Stephen was with Amazon from August 2011 to November 2021.

Prior to Amazon, Stephen was with the Government of Alberta as an Application Architect & Acting Manager for Alberta Environment from July 2009 to July 2011. In this role, they reported to the CIO and managed the Digital Business Solutions organization with direct FTEs and many contractors. Stephen was also responsible for managing operations for mission critical systems as well as delivering multiple large initiatives including an Enterprise Data Warehouse and one of the largest government Open Data portals.

From October 2007 to July 2009, Stephen was a Software Research & Development Engineer at Xymbiant Systems Inc. And prior to that, they were with IBM's Center for Advanced Studies from January 2006 to December 2007.

Stephen Curial has a MSc in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Computing Science from the University of Alberta.
