Rafael Tomás Viver

Rafael Tomás Viver is an experienced telecommunication engineer with a robust background in IT project management and training. Currently, Rafael serves in the IT Department at Juniper since July 2014, focusing on communications and infrastructure management. Previously, Rafael was the Technical Director at HOLARED TELECOM and the Director of multiple projects at FUEIB / IBITEC SL, specializing in the Cisco Networking Academy program where Rafael trained educators and oversaw various telecommunication initiatives. Notable projects include quality control systems for water, WiMAX network protocols, and smart energy solutions. Rafael also has extensive freelance experience, delivering telecommunication projects and engaging in forensic IT assessments. Rafael holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an additional degree in Technical Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
