Dexter Washington

Dexter Washington is an accomplished UX/UI designer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Lead UX/UI Designer at Juniper Networks since July 2023, Dexter previously held various key roles, including Director and Founder of Crafted Studios, where expertise in Webflow was utilized to create exceptional user experiences for numerous clients, including prominent companies like FalconX, Yahoo, and Allegiant Airlines. As Design Lead at FalconX from September 2021 to December 2022, solutions were designed to enhance communication and user journeys for institutional crypto trading. Dexter also contributed to Lever as a Lead User Interface Designer, optimizing user experiences for talent acquisition platforms. Prior roles included advertising coordination and web specialization, focusing on conversion-driven landing pages for software companies.
