Kristina Crowder Hill

Kristina Crowder Hill currently serves as the East Channel Director at Juniper Networks, having taken on the role in April 2024. Previously, Kristina worked at Cisco from May 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading partner sales across multiple states, driving significant revenue growth, and managing partner account strategies. Prior to Cisco, Kristina held various positions in business development and talent acquisition at Tech Qualled, CDI Southeast, and Katalyst Network Group, focusing on recruitment and strategic partnership development. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in marketing and fundraising at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Clemson University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
