Nikola Koroman

Nikola Koroman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware testing and reliability. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Juniper Networks since May 2022, Nikola is responsible for the planning and execution of manufacturing tests on Juniper hardware during new product introduction (NPI). Previously, as a Sr Hardware Test and Characterization Engineer at Inceptio, Nikola led reliability testing for autonomous driving units, collaborating with various engineering teams. During a long tenure at Cisco from May 2004 to November 2020, Nikola specialized in Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) for Cisco hardware across multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Design Verification Engineer at Maxtor, a Compliance Engineer at TÜV Rheinland North America, and a Summer Intern at Quanta Laboratories. Nikola holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
