Tabrez Ahmed Khan

Tabrez Ahmed Khan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks since August 2020, Tabrez develops and maintains L3 forwarding features for a custom ASIC named "Paradise." Previously, Tabrez worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Tejas Networks, focusing on improving performance and scalability, and as a Software Engineer for Junos Core at Juniper Networks, contributing to high availability across various product lines. Earlier roles include tenure at NetApp, where Tabrez addressed challenges in unstructured data storage, and at Cisco Systems, where development of the next-generation Data Center Operating System NxOs was undertaken. Tabrez holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from both Visvesvaraya Technological University and PESIT.
