Clark Richards

Clark Richards, CIPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Principal Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at Juniper Square since December 2023, Clark previously held various leadership roles at Envestnet, Inc. from November 2011 to December 2023, including Director of Key Accounts, where Clark managed multiple key account managers and client service teams. Notable achievements include receiving the 2015 Manager of the Year Award and the 2016 Employee Excellence Award. In earlier positions, Clark excelled in client relationship management and support operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to client success and team development. Clark began the career journey as an Account Manager at Sageworks, Inc., managing sales processes for a financial product.
