Sapir Uzana has a diverse work experience. Sapir started their career at The Turner MIINT as an intern in Impact Investments from October 2021 to June 2022. Later, Sapir joined Gvanim Association as the Manager of the Housing Program - Dror Preparatory from December 2018 to December 2022. In this role, they managed a team of 16 staff members, conducted professional seminars, recruited candidates, and utilized Salesforce software to increase the program's client pool by 200%. Currently, Sapir is working at Juno Journey as a Customer Success Manager, starting from February 2023.

Sapir Uzana completed a Master of Business Administration - The International Program from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, Sapir attended the University of Haifa and participated in the Kayama - Executive Education Centre for Social Innovation and Impact Entrepreneurship, specializing in Impact Financing. Sapir's undergraduate education was undertaken at Sapir College, where they pursued a degree in Social Work from 2015 to 2017. The field of study during this period focused on The International Course/Community Management.
