Tiana B.

Tiana B. has a strong background in healthcare administration and operations. Tiana started their career as an Administrative Fellow at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and later became a Hospital Administrative Manager. Tiana then moved to the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine where they held several roles, including Practice Director and Director of Clinical Practice for CRNAs & House Physicians. In these positions, they focused on improving patient safety, increasing revenue sources, and managing credentialing and scheduling. Tiana then joined Broward Health as the Director of Physician Practice Operations, Director of Operations for Outpatient Imaging & Urgent Care Centers, and Associate Vice President of Ambulatory Operations. During their time at Broward Health, Tiana facilitated collaborative community partnerships, standardized budgets and authorization processes, and oversaw special projects for a large provider group. Tiana'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at Tenet Florida Physician Services, where they provided oversight to multiple specialties and supported management staff in meeting corporate expectations. Currently, Tiana holds the position of Director of Operations at Jupiter Medical Center.

Tiana B. obtained their Master's degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration & Long Term Care Administration from Ohio University. In 2019, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Disrupting Yourself," "Negotiating Your Job Offer," "Giving Your Elevator Pitch," "Working with Difficult People," and "Executive Presence for Women."
