Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gaurav is currently the Head of Engineering - Customer Service at Jupiter since January 2023. Prior to that, from July 2021 to November 2022, they served as a Software Development Manager at AMAZON DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. Before that, they worked at Amazon from January 2018 to July 2021 as a Software Development Engineer, where they played a key role in various projects such as supply chain management system for Data Centers, POS system for cash payments, and enhancing the investigator tool for fraud order cases. From September 2016 to January 2018, they had two roles at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer, focusing on guiding and mentoring new team members, expansion of the Customer Lifecycle Management Platform, and launching the prime communication platform. Prior to Amazon, they worked at Limeroad.com as a Software Development Engineer from November 2014 to December 2015, and at Hubzu as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2013 to August 2014. Gaurav also gained experience at Credit Suisse as an ENO in the Systematic Market-Making Group from July 2010 to September 2013. Gaurav started their career as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from August 2009 to April 2010, and as a Research Intern at OFFIS - Institute for Information Technology from May 2009 to July 2009.

Gaurav Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, from 2006 to 2010.
