Devers began their career as an Executive Manager at Hexagon US Federal. Amy was responsible for managing the human resources department and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. After a successful tenure, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources | Talent Acquisition at JupiterOne. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition efforts and overseeing the human resources department.
