Azim Lake

Azim Lake's work experience starts in 2019 as a Recruiter at One Player Mission. From November 2019 to November 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group, specializing in Digital, Data, IT, and Tech for Central Government clients. Azim then moved on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at Maxxima Group from November 2020 to November 2021, where they focused on Cardiac, Clinical, Neuro, and Respiratory Physiology areas for NHS and private sector. In November 2021, they joined Source as a Recruitment Consultant. From March 2022 to June 2023, Azim worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ComplyAdvantage, leading full-cycle recruitment for the company's global offices and successfully exceeding high-volume hiring goals. Currently, Azim is serving as the People & Talent Lead at Juriba.

From 2015 to 2017, Azim Lake attended The Sixth Form College Colchester, where they pursued A-Levels. During this time, they focused on various subjects including Chemistry, Biology, History, Statistics, and Business Studies.
