Valerie Marsh, CPTM, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Valerie is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Lackawanna College since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning & Development at Jushi Holdings Inc. from 2022 to 2022, where they led the Learning & Development Department and implemented training models for employee development.

Before Jushi, Valerie worked as the Director of Organizational Development at Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., including Director of Learning and Development and Learning and Development Manager. During their tenure, Valerie grew the team, implemented an LMS, and developed training programs for various business lines.

Valerie's earlier roles include Training Development Manager at Prosper Marketplace from 2017 to 2018, Training & Product Manager at Cubex LLC from 2014 to 2017, and Manager at Local Accounts at DeVry University from 2013 to 2014. Valerie also served as the Volunteer Coordinator/Project Manager at The Roeper School from 2007 to 2009 and as the Director of Client Engagement/Training Design at The Dartmouth Group from 2004 to 2006.

Valerie'scareer started as a Regional Manager at Saturn in 1999. Throughout their career, Valerie has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, organizational development, training program design, and leadership development.

Valerie Marsh, CPTM, graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Professional in Training Management certification from Training Industry, Inc. in December 2021. Valerie also obtained the Managing Remote Learning certification from Training Industry, Inc. in May 2022. Prior to these certifications, Valerie obtained the SENG Model Parenting Group (SMPG) Facilitator certification from SENG in February 2019. In October 2018, they received the Advanced Leadership Bronze certification from Toastmasters International. Additionally, Valerie obtained the Red Cross - Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from Red Cross Blood Services in June 2017 and the HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates certification from HIPAA Training in December 2014.
