Kristy Zera

Kristy Zera has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristy currently holds the position of Senior Director of Retail Operations at Jushi Holdings Inc., where they oversee the standard operating procedures and implementation in the company's retail stores nationwide. Prior to this, Kristy served as the Pennsylvania Director of Retail Operations for Jushi BEYOND/HELLO, where they maximized profitability and developed operating procedures for 13 retail stores.

Earlier in their career, Kristy worked as a District Manager at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., where they strategically planned workforce and provided guidance to managers. Kristy also served as a District Sales Manager at A|X Armani Exchange, driving sales growth and organizing training programs. Kristy's experience also includes being a District Manager at Lands' End, an Area Sales Manager at Esprit, and a Store Manager at Bebe. Kristy began their career in management and sales at Lord & Taylor.

Kristy Zera obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies between the years 1995 and 1999.
