Olavo Alves Ferreira

Olavo Alves Ferreira is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and academia. Currently serving as Coordenador acadêmico and Colunista Sênior at Canal Arbitragem since May 2021, Olavo also holds the position of Professor convidado at Escola Paulista da Magistratura do TJ SP from March 2018. In addition, Olavo has been an Árbitro at multiple organizations, including CAMES, Caraíve Group, Centro Brasileiro De Mediação E Arbitragem, and Câmara Brasileira de Arbitragem da Administração Pública since 2017. As of January 2011, Olavo has contributed as Coordenador geral de pós-graduação lato sensu in Direito and as a professor in the Doctorate and Master's programs at Unaerp. Olavo has been an author for Editora Juspodivm since 2005 and has served as Procurador do Estado at the Procuradoria Geral do Estado de São Paulo since June 1998. Olavo holds a Mestrado and a Doutorado in Direito from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, completed in 2002 and 2008, respectively.
