Fernando Garcia

Fernando Garcia, Ph.D. is a Principal Process Engineer at Just - Evotec Biologics. He has extensive experience in mathematical modeling and optimization of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Prior to his current role, Fernando worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, where he conducted research in computational and applied mathematics. He also has experience as a Graduate Co-op at Amgen, where he developed dynamic modeling tools for biopharmaceutical processes. Fernando's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, along with Master's degrees in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. He also holds Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Florida. In addition, he is currently pursuing a Nanodegree in Data Science from Udacity.
