Jared is currently working at Just Financial as a Financial Analysis & Customer Success professional. Prior to this, they worked at Valentia Partners as a Consulting Analyst.

Jared D'Souza has a diverse educational background. Jared obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Consulting and Analysis from the University of Strathclyde between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Truman State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Finance. Additionally, in 2015, Jared attended the University of St.Gallen for a short period to pursue a program in International Business.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jared has also obtained certifications in Data Analytics and Predictive Analytics from Udacity. Jared completed the Data Analytics certification in September 2020 and the Predictive Analytics certification in May 2019.
