Angela Schrad

Angela Schrad is a Principal at Covered Bridge Compliance LLC, a consulting firm specializing in investment adviser and broker-dealer regulatory issues. Prior to their current role, Angela worked as a Consultant at Compliance Resource Partners, providing investment adviser consulting services. Angela also has extensive experience as a Staff Accountant at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where Angela performed examinations of investment advisers, investment companies, and hedge funds to ensure compliance with federal securities laws. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from the University of Northern Iowa.
