Perng Yih Ong

Perng Yih Ong is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at JustCo. With a background in Psychology and extensive experience in talent management, development, succession management, HR business partnering, and HR merger & acquisition, Perng Yih Ong has held similar senior HR positions in well-known organizations such as Resorts World Sentosa, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and SATS Ltd. Prior to these roles, Perng Yih Ong worked as a Senior Consultant at Organization & Management Solutions and as a Psychologist at various government agencies, including the Public Service Division. Perng Yih Ong holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
