Elif Cakir Bulut

Elif Cakir Bulut has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Elif started their career at Stellantis in 2010 as a Planning Specialist, where they focused on strategic planning and budget development. In 2014, they joined Willis Towers Watson as an HR Consultant, specializing in talent management, organizational development, and employee insights. After four years, they moved to Renault Group in 2018, where they worked as an HR Professional, responsible for talent management, organizational development, and rewards. Currently, they are the HR Manager at Justlife (previously Justmop), where they oversee people and culture processes, staffing and growth, and serves as a business partner. Elif has a strong background in HR and has gained expertise in various aspects of the field throughout their career.

Elif Cakir Bulut holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. Elif obtained this degree from Koç University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
