Holly McGuigan

Holly McGuigan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and development. Currently serving as Head of People at JustPark since August 2021, Holly collaborates closely with the CEO and CFO and plays a pivotal role on the leadership team to shape departmental strategy. Previously, Holly held the position of Senior People Partner at Kurt Geiger from March 2017 to August 2021, overseeing global L&D and recruitment efforts while spearheading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Holly's career also includes a role as Learning and Development Manager at AMT Coffee, where alignment of the L&D strategy with the organization's mission was prioritized, and a progressive journey at Coffee Snobs Ltd, culminating in the role of Training & Standards Manager during significant business expansion.
