Michaela Fitzgerald Synan

Michaela Fitzgerald Synan has worked in the digital product industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Serco as a Web Content Manager, Head of Publishing, and Digital Product Manager. In 2011, they moved to Serco again as a Digital Product Owner, and in 2012 they moved to LexisNexis as a Product Manager. In 2015, they moved to Money Advice Service as a Product Manager, and then in 2018 they moved to Reed Business Information as an Agile Business Analyst. In 2019, they moved to ethiXbase - Automating Ethics, Compliance and Due Diligence as a Product Manager and Agile Business Analyst, and to Waitrose & Partners as a Digital Product Owner. Her current role is Product Owner at JustPark, which they have held since 2022.

Michaela Fitzgerald Synan obtained a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford between 1998 and 2001. Michaela also attended Trinity High School. In December 2019, they were awarded the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Michaela is also in the process of obtaining the Business Analysis Practice & Requirements Engineering certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
