Pricilla Cotton

Priscilla Cotton has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency management and training. Pricilla currently works as a Training Manager, Technology Adoption and Training at Juvare, where they lead the development and execution of internal and external training programs. Pricilla identifies and assesses training needs, implements effective training methods, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for employees and clients.

Prior to their current role, Priscilla worked as a Solution Implementation Analyst at Juvare, where they led requirements discovery sessions with clients and prepared executive-level reports on system configurations and recommendations for improvement.

Before joining Juvare, Priscilla served as a Client Success Manager at Juvare, where they worked with FEMA clients to ensure they received the necessary tools and support. Pricilla was responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities and challenges, and serving as the main point of contact for account management.

Priscilla also has experience working with the Orange County Sheriff's Department as a Senior Emergency Management Program Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated and administered the emergency information management system and the emergency mass notification system for the county and operational area.

Earlier in their career, Priscilla worked at the City of Los Angeles as an Emergency Management Coordinator and in the Emergency Management Department. Pricilla was involved in various responsibilities, including creating standard operating procedures, updating and managing web content, coordinating workshops, and supporting crisis communication programs and city emergency plans.

Priscilla started their career at Loyola Marymount University Department of Public Safety as a Student Supervisor.

Pricilla Cotton obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy between 2012 and 2014. During the same time period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy from the University of Southern California - Sol Price School of Public Policy. Prior to their graduate studies, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Loyola Marymount University from 2008 to 2012, majoring in B.A. in Spanish and B.A. in Political Science.
