CiAnn Blue is an accomplished new home sales professional with 15 years of experience in the Texas market. CiAnn gained personal experience with JWilliams Staffing when she benefited from our services in her new homebuilder communities. She now joins the JWilliams Staffing team in 2019 with a passion for hiring, coaching, and mentoring temporary candidates in the Texas region. As a top producing New Home Sales Consultant for many years, CiAnn grew into a Sales Manager role with a builder and also has experience as a Loan Officer and a Branch Manager for loan originations. CiAnn has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.

With her expansive background in new home sales management, CiAnn knows what it takes to lead others to bring success to builder sales offices. Not only has she trained and coached many salespeople, taught classes, and given numerous presentations, but she has a true passion for it. CiAnn is a people-person to her core and sees the potential in everyone she works with. She believes that anyone can accomplish their dreams if they are willing to work hard and seek advice from a mentor who will push them beyond their comfort zone.
